Our products and solutions
Tait's wide range of analogue and APCO P25 digital terminals and systems form the communications backbone for organisations and operations in some 160 countries - from the congested airwaves of Europe and North America to isolated and hostile environments like Antarctica and the Gobi Desert.
Tait is renowned for producing robust and reliable portable and mobile radios and network equipment that performs in the harshest of environments.
Our initiatives
Tait is a prime driver in the establishment of a National Wireless Research Centre in New Zealand.
This initiative is part of the New Zealand ICT Innovation Institute at the University of Canterbury, and Tait is a founding partner.
The new venture will be an academic centre of excellence intended to investigate new radio technologies.
"Many of those working at the cutting edge of the wireless world are already working for Tait. The opportunities for collaboration between university researchers and those of us 'in the field' will be enormous," says Tait Electronics Chairman Sir Angus Tait.
